An efficient way to get everyone on your team aligned around the core problems and how to address them.
It is perfect for teams who know something isn’t work but aren’t quite sure what it is. Or for teams whose members all have different understandings of what needs to change and why.
Here’s what the Sprint entails:
First, we learn about your organization through interviews, surveys, and document review.
Second, we host all-team calls to help everyone understand and align around solving the problems.
Third, we offer high-leverage tools for people to use to solve those problems.
Afterward, some groups choose to continue receiving coaching or training to help them follow through on the plan they set.
